Acceptance of Orders
All orders received are subject to acceptance by Ukgiftbox.com Ltd and we reserve the right to reject any order without giving reasons. No contract to supply goods or services to you will come into existence unless we dispatch goods or provide services to the purchaser or otherwise communicate to the purchaser our acceptance of an order.
Privacy and Communications
To fulfill our obligations to you under these Terms and Conditions we communicate with you by email and by posting notices on the website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirements for communications be in writing.
The Contract Between Us
When you place an order to purchase items using our Website this is an offer by you to us to purchase those items. By ordering you are providing details which are true, accurate, current and complete and that the credit or debit card details are correct and your own We will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an email summarizing the details of your order ("Order Confirmation E-mail"); this is the point at which we accept your order and the contract is formed.
Orders can be cancelled up to day of dispatch, when a full refund will be credited. For on line purchases the customer has the right to cancel an order up to seven days after receipt of goods. Where this right is exercised you will be refunded the full amount minus any perishable goods which cannot be resold and any items which have been consumed or damaged as well as carriage charges incurred. All goods must be returned in good condition. We aim to provide the refund within seven days on receipt of returned goods, less any charges as stated above, once the item has been returned. Notification of cancellation must be in writing - letter or email. Please see details below. Cost of return to be paid by the customer.

Colours, specifications and dimensions of products
We have made every effort to display the colours, specifications and dimensions of items on the Website as accurately as possible. The colours you see will depend on the resolution of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will reflect accurately the colour of the item delivered. We may from time to time vary the dimensions, specifications and quantities of items displayed on our Website without prior notice.
Confirmation of Order
Once your order has been placed, the summary order details will be displayed. You should print or save this page for your records.
A full list of contents is given for each gift. Photographic props such as glasses, plates, candles, Christmas stocking, flowers and fruit are not included, unless otherwise stated in the list of contents.
UK mainland delivery charges are included in the price for every gift we sell. Each gift sold within the UK is sent via our delivery company "Parcelforce" and is charged at £6.00 inc VAT per item. Please contact us for delivery prices outwith the UK.
Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be responsible to you for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these online shopping terms and conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause beyond our reasonable control.
Discounts and Promotional Codes
A promotional code can be entered at the checkout which will automatically discount your order.
Every gift order can be sent with a personal gift message. Please decide on your message at the time of order and place in the “Gift Messages” section of the order form at payment. A gift wrapping service is available at extra cost.
These terms and conditions and all acts of Ltd Enterprises shall be in the accordance of the laws of Scotland. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
You may pay for the items which you order online by supplying your credit/debit card details on the secure order form. We regret that we cannot accept cheques, gift vouchers or cash as payment online.

Items damaged in transit
If you take delivery of a package from us and the contents have been damaged in transit, we will exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 30 days of taking delivery.
You have the right to return a faulty item within 28 days along with proof of purchase.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible or within 28 days and return the incorrect item to us and specify the correct details in writing. If you would like us to replace the incorrect item with the item you ordered we will send you the correct item as soon as possible or alternatively we will refund the item once it has been returned. We will not charge you for the incorrect item and we must have the incorrect item returned before investigating.
Whilst we make every effort to supply items described in our detailed listings, in the event of supply difficulty, it may be necessary to substitute goods of an equal or higher value. Substitutions will not be made without first notifying the customer.
